Then the girl started to tell me about her boyfriend. He was 21 and would sleep over with her. Her mom knew. After she left, i called the police. I was like 16 and didn't think to call cps. But i was appalled. Cops did nothing.

I'm a trans guy. People call me she/her everyday. Does it suck? Sure. But i just keep it moving if they're a stranger. I haven't started transitioning yet, so i can't really expect anything different. And it's really shitty to act that way towards a literal stranger, especially because it does the opposite of what we want. That being said, we don't know what that person's been going through. Maybe that incident was the straw that broke the cammels back. Either way I'm sorry. Most trans people don't act this way.
